Salmon with Honey and Orange


7 ozs of Salmon per person, skin on

Salt & Pepper

Olive Oil a good size table spoon

Honey and Whole Orange

Coat the Salmon in Salt and Pepper

Rub in Olive oil

Spoon 2 tablespoons of Honey over the fish

Add 2 rounds of orange on top of the Salmon

Bake in an oven for 15 minutes at 180 C, Gas 5 with skin side down

Try with a ‘Muscadet’ white wine, which will take out the sweetness of this dish
